 Viticulture/Vinification: Vineyards are managed by eco-friendly methods. Hand harvesting and destemming takes place. Pre-fermentation maceration on the skins for seven days is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature for about 15 days in stainless steel vats. The wine does not spend any time in oak. Filtered and cold stabilised for 10 days at -4 °C.
 
 Pale red and cherry-scented. Light and fruity – think Valpolicella.  Pretty simple but not lacking, considering the alcohol.
