Tried this against a lot of other wines with animal labels and it trounced the lot. Delicious wine. Torrontes is normally pretty floral - think Muscat lite - but is normally rather lightweight and watery in the mouth. However, this has body and depth. It's definitely dry, but has fruit in the mouth and lemon or lime juice on the finish. A great wine, and the parrot label is moderately attractive.
