Sweet cherry nose. Quite a dark pink for English rosé. Full-flavoured and with some sweet cherry.  

Côte de Provence Rosé du Vallon 2010

A lovely salmon pink, mourvèdre-dominated wine made by Jean-Jacques and Romain Ott, the biggest names in Provence rosé. Perfect with a stir fry or some grilled tuna. Round, creamy yet fully dry with a touch of spice.

Very visually pleasing.  Colourless glass, with very plain cream label and pale salmon colour. Dry, savoury and very grown up.  Not a cherry in sight.
