EXTRA SPECIAL BORDEAUX SUPÉRIEUR ROC-MONTALON 2010 **NEW**
 Bordeaux Supérieur AOC
 Le Grande Chais de France
 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon
 Synthetic cork
The wine is vinified at the Saint Savin site. The grape sourcing is done according to
a precise parcels selection (density: at least 4000 plants/Ha and high quality grapes). The alcoholic fermentation is carried out at 30°C. The pump overs and delestages were managed in order to reach a good extraction and to avoid aggressive tannins. Once the alcoholic fermentation was finished, the grapes were macerated (the total period of contact between grapes and juice was three weeks).

Young, fruity and not very clarety nose. Not typical, but rather good. Very much ripe merlot. Spicy and pretty good.

Little on the nose. Needs food. Too dry to be drunk alone. However I word that it sounds like I have a drink problem.
