100% Pinot Noir, sourced 85% from Casablanca (Triangulo, El Marco and Lo Ovalle vineyards) and 15% from Bío Bío (Quiltralman vineyard).
The grapes were hand-picked in early April at a yield of 8tonnes/ha. The fruit was cold-macerated for 4 days before fermentation in opentopped
stainless steel tanks. 80% was aged for 10 months in new French oak barrels, the remaining 20% rested in stainless steel.

Very perfumed. Savoury, almost salty taste. Really wakes you up. A very, very good wine. Will definitely be stocking up in November.
