He makes a Casablanca Fume' as well. But no mention of a stick of charred oak to replicate the Fume' experience. A tad risky I spose on ten tons of fruit, just in case it goes over the edge.
The Chilean SB (also Elqui me thinks)) with the little blue house on the label was good several years back - Ba will tell me which one that was, just can't remember and havent seen it recently.
