This is from Puglia and has 14.5% alcohol and a smart black and white label. The colour is showing some age. Quite a pruney figgy aroma. The taste is also very baked and figgy. Sweet and more like an Amarone. Worth trying if you’re an Amarone fan. 30/04/2009 |
