53/47% grapes. The wine "underwent light oak influence prior to bottling". Tricky to do it afterwards. I suppose it means it wasn't fermented with the chips, which is the usual practice, so the flavours are integrated. Smells vegetal. Cheap and dull. 11/10/07 |
