Jurancon. 100% Petit Manseng. Passerillage - wind drying - induced natural late harvest ripeness. No botrytis. 9 months on French oak. 87 g/l residual sugar. Intoxicatingly beautiful smell. Sweet, certainly, but fresh and delicious. Very good price. 11/10/07
