Pure fruit on the nose - perhaps raspberries. Not oaky at all - label says "French barrels". Not Spanish at all in style. Not Shiraz-like certainly, perhaps some Syrah flavour. It has pretty, sweet fruit in the mouth and warm alcohol (14%). Can think of better ways of spending £15. 22/04/2006 |
