Guess this must be 'Garuma'. Very close to the Pacific and from stony soils it is nicely herby with a little minerality and some depth to the finish. Floral hints at first but becomes a little acidic. Nice enough, but for £11 I would hope that this will flesh-out to produce a little more body. Quite verdantly verdant I would say. |
